Ok, think I was a little impatient but figured it out. Had to split them in objects in the slicer. Apart from that, it is a hefty file. Perhaps it is better to upload 3 (or 5) separate files.

@ElGuPPo_19603 Thanks for the suggestion. I personally dont like downloading a bunch of single parts if I could just download it all in one file, but thats just my personal preference. I normally upload them in a high mesh count so people can edit them or remesh them in 3D builder or other mesh programs like that.
@ElGuPPo_19603 I lowered the mesh count on the 3MF and STL's. Also uploaded STL parts individually... I didn't realize I output the mesh that high originally. Thanks again for the feedback. :-)
Cones and lock nuts I printed with default settings. No supports needed when printed as shown. My first shaft broke in use. I then printed the shaft only using 4 perimeters and 100% infil to make it stronger. It is working now. Printed with PETG
@vhubbard Thanks for the first rating! :-) I believe I only did 2 or 3 walls and maybe 20% infill, but I cant remember. Mine is all done in PETG too, but I have found that most PETG I use is pretty brittle compared to PLA. I found that PETG seems to shatter before it turns white and stretches like some other filaments do.
These nuts are rather special coz they are low profile, I supose DIN 439 ?
Ok it's DIN934 with 2.4 (2.33 on your measurement) width that is the normal ones coz the DIN439 is 1.8 width. Thanks for details.
@jojo01fr_2682420 You're welcome! =)
Thanks!!!
I print directly from my Sunlu S2 drier and had a damaged cardboard spool that would not turn properly. This solved my issue. Thanks! (edited)
Looks good! =) Thank you for the rating!
I like the texture on it from your build plate. looks cool! =)
@TDPrinting_1834394 I like that color. I should get some to add to my collection.
@mpm3d_druck Thanks for the rating! :-)
Did it in TPU 25% infill with 2 walls gyroid infill on Neptune 4 (red) and Ender 3 V3 KE (blue) for my 2 P1P'S.
I decided to reuse the original feet with this design as well. Sadly I lost one of the 8 original feet months ago. Will just print 4 NEW original feet to go on the blue ones.
I had switched to the anti vibration ones that look like a spring and they kept coming off when I moved the printer and were a little weak with 10% infill and 2 walls.
Here is the final setup I went with. Old 3d Printed ones attached to the bottom of yours. Fit like a glove. I am going to see it the weaker ones under a stronger one adds any EXTRA anti-vibration or maybe not. We will see.
@3DandTeePrinting Oh, I see. I tried making a custom antivibration foot with TPU, but the TPU seems to squish over time, so I gave up on that idea. The best TPU/TPE I found for a reasonable price is the eSun TPE 83A, but even that squished over time with the different designs I tried. Hopefully that oem style one you are trying will work better.
Perfect fit for the new smaller spools. Thank you!
@Kaizen_2913823 Glad it worked. =)
Really nice print, love the lip. Poor printing on my part left a filament blob. This did lead to the print breaking, which then led me to wonder about its robustness over many uses. Print not needed for use on a Bambu so may try thicken edges. PETG Snug fitting.
update: I think the issue may have been in my slicer settings as it printed perfectly well using the new icloud based easy print. (edited)
I have not had full time access to any slicer as i only had an ipad and had to ask my son to slice for me. recently invested in an old mac mini. will go back i think and re set the slicer. have a funny feeling running my fingers over the rim it may have and fuzzy skin turned on to.
Have updated my first post reflecting a possible error in my setting and bumped it up from 4 to 5 stars.
@Sleepyhead Thank you! Glad you had better success with it now. =) If you do end up needing thicker wall version, just let me know. I can easily edit the step file to give u 1 or 2 more walls to make it a little stronger
