Prints nicely. The chamfers on the lower surface make this a breeze to clean up. Haven't got it on the dowels yet but the heat forming isnt too tricky. Worth noting that its best to do each bend in stages so that you can keep each side hot.

Printed clean and easy
Heat forming was easier than expected
Thoughts:
I added a washer as a pommel for balancing reasons
Total weight was 375g
Cost of all material was roughly $11
It is fine for light sparring, I would have no issues recommending this for people who want something to do solo practice with, or even some work with a willing partner.
Much rapier work involves thrusts, a rubber foot that fits a 3/4 dowel is available in many places for around $2
I plan on using this for my training dummies, as it is easy to replace, won't damage my nice swords, and looks the part more than a regular dowel does (edited)
@OpenSwords_303939 I saw that there is a screw on the guards (to hold the dowel into place presumably), do you know what screw would fit the hole?
@HokuraChan_2774966 The holes are designed with a #4 x 1/2" wood screw in mind. I'll update the description now to include that, thanks for the reminder!
Turned it into more of a hand-and-a-half sized handle sword.
Adjusted the design so that it would fit 25.4mm as this is the smallest reasonably sized oak dowel available from Bunnings in Australia.
I am pretty sure I did the heat gun bending part wrong, but I like how it turned out all the same.
