Made a matching set of these for me and my boyfriend! One is sanded and painted, and the other is straight off the bed using Inland Blue Marble PLA. We then printed tiny travel cases out of their respective filaments.
During this process, we accidentally used the previous revision of this model with lower standoffs - we used M3 plastic washers as .5mm spacers, and that solved the tracking issues when physically pressing down on the mouse.
Other than that we love these mice, each of them weighed in at ~26g, less than half the weight of the stock mouse!

You would probably do quite well removing more weight if you printed using ASA instead of PLA. it is significantly less dense.
@SuperUser_1923665 Yeah have done that with my updated model and hit just a couple grams lower. At this low of a weight it is kinda diminishing returns but if you wanna mix max, doit.
