Fit better than expected. The only modification I had to make was to file the PTFE hole slightly bigger, but that could be my settings. I am using a DDX v1, and it is printing fine so far.

~~Does not account for the ptfe clip that that sits on top of the revo CR, making the model sit too high so the rear screw holes do not line up~~
Ignore that. Model instructions didn't mention ptfe clip needed to be removed and and was not visible from model pics. (edited)
@NewksHub well that explains it, original comment edited. Which size of ptfe sgould i use. The tube i have for my bambu x1c is 4mm OD, 2.5 ID. Since both are direct drive, i suppose that's fine? (edited)
@Ch3vr0n yes that size PTFE will be fine. The hole is modelled at 4.5mm to give some clearance for 4mm OD PTFE
Hi there, i see two files in this design. what is the difference between the two? Cheers
@Plexus_833912 Hi, One is the 3d model as an .stl so you can download and slice it and the other is the G-code I used to print on my Prusa Mini. I Uploaded the G-code to populate the print time and filament used etc (edited)
@NewksHub ahhh yes, that makes sense now:) cheers. I am trying to print in abs but need to work on supports to get it right.
Just what I needed! My TRV didn't come with one, and their customer support wasn't very supportive when I tried to get them to send/sell me one.
I made a minor remix and added a knurled texture to the outside, since it screws down tight and I wanted to make future removal easier.
Printed in eSun White PETG.
