With the Prusa MK4, the 16cm variant could be printed with default settings; however, the printer's height does not allow more than the 19cm variant. Due to its functionality, the width of the bags it can seal is unfortunately limited to the length of the seals, which greatly restricts the 16cm variant. The printing time is also quite long since it has to be printed upright.

Nevertheless, a very interesting system since it avoids mechanical components!

@NevioD I guess the Swiss TV show you are describing in the details was talking about 'Tütenhüter'. I have printed your model several times now and I am impressed. It even seals watertight. I stumbled upon some other users trying to create a model similar to 'Tütenhüter'. I also printed one of their models, but yours seals much better. The other model is faster to print since it is printed in a lying position, but your model works better.

@Knox_21080 Yes, that’s correct. I was talking about the „Tütenhüter“. I‘m really glad that my model works well and that you can get some use out of it!

Printed the 19cm on eSun PLA+, Cura Standard 30%, and it came out well. I had a couple of stringers between the outer/inner sections and had to force some material through a few times to clear, but that's more of a printer setting/performance issue than a design flaw. Sorry I don't have a pic, but works well! Thanks for submitting!

@muztan_386690 Thank you so much for your feedback! Hope you can use it and it will make a lot of your work easier!
