I've been looking around for some puzzle sorting trays for my mother-in-law. In the past we had bought her a set of the Ravensburger trays. Figured since I had some 3D printers, I'd print her some more. These are my favorite ones so far. The ones shown here took about 5 hours each to print. I've since tweaked my slicer settings and managed to get it down to 4 at 0.2 layer height. These are printed with Filaments.ca Navy Blue PLA.
