This gcode needs warnings. You can damage beds when removing the precise homing at 140C. It's not like the engineers magically decided to put that there. It's not a bug. I'm all for having faster gcodes like this but people need to know the downsides and when not to use it. Like not using it with the cold plate as the hot/unprecise homing might melt the plate and give a wrong z offset. (this is okay for the nozzle scraping part, which is removed in this gcode, but it is not good enough for printing in all plates). (edited)
@colorsone_364505 Very strange, my gcode doesn't scratch at this XY position, are you sure it comes from my gcode ? (edited)
@3dDream_492967 I made sure to add a warning but people should be responsible of their own action anyway, it works for me and many others, if you don't want to use it, then just don't and stick to default
What is the difference between the two models, also what dimension magnets do I need? Thanks for the print. (edited)
@D4LP7T_988074 6x2mm magnets vs 6x3mm? that's my guess
Printed a few of these different muffler designs to test with a sound meter. They all basically had the same reduction of @ 100% fan speed 78db without and 74db with any of the mufflers. So this design does it's job well, but don't stress about which one is best, they all perform basically the same in my opinion.
How did you orient it for printing and did you use tree supports? (edited)
Can confirm that this works with just Ground and +12v wired up. I actually mistakenly bought a 3 pin Noctua so I couldn't even wire up the 4th wire if I had wanted to (I think I got the FLX model or something, or maybe Amazon just shipped the wrong one, since I used the link from this post). It worked with just ground + 12v, or with ground, +12v and RPM/Tach. I ended up wiring up RPM/Tach before closing it up. I haven't received any error messages or anything, and I have to believe the cooling this is providing is substantially better than the stock fan. Mine wasn't having any issues, but I still would prefer a quality fan in a good location to a shitty fan in a poor location. and while I had the back open for other mods (LED light riser, Bento Box, replacing the chamber fan with a Noctua) I figured I'd do this one too.I had to remove the little rubber dampening things on the Noctua in order to get mine to fit in the bracket. And it was still a very tight fit. In order to get everything into place I had to install the fan in the bracket, the bracket around the poop chute, and then wiggle the poop chute into position.
@kenny_dc_107390 I had to look at my Amazon order history, and I ordered the Noctua NF-A6 (3 pin) and Noctua NF-A9 (4 pin) both on the same day. I used the A6 for this mod, and the NF-A9 for the chamber fan build and if I remember correctly, I just followed MandicReally's youtube video that showed his NF-A9 upgrade.
@Mancolt thanks allot for the info.:)
I printed it with 4 walls/6 top+bottom ( settings from one of the remixed models )
My cheap magnets can't handle the weight => the cover slides down and is halted by the plug.
I guess it will work anyway but I'll have to buy stronger N52 magnet as you adivse ;)

You uploaded the same 3mf 4 times... Can we get a photo of it installed? does it hold 2 of the Bambu Filters?
@Nairod Does the work with the Original Bambu Fan? I ask because that fan has a Rubber Bump on it so it doesn't vibrate against the back panel
@TheTexMech yeah my model is for 9238 fans, so not the bambu original one, I removed the rubber bump in my setup
This design is not compatible with the original bambu fan which is 9225
Hey, as you went so far to consider another fan, what do you think about using a radial fan?
To me it seems they would be a better choice in general considering the restrictions and air path.
