I printed this with the ring flat on the bed and the bulb opening towards the top with support under the arm and top bulb. <see attached photo>

This worked well for a couple years and am looking to make a version 2 with some stronger walls and a slightly larger opening to catch the pull string easier...so be on the look out for that
