Graduated in Physics from Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG) in (1995), Master (1997) and Doctor (2003) in Applied Physics in Medicine and Biology from the Faculty of Philosophy Sciences and Letters of USP, Ribeirão Preto - SP. He is currently a professor at the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR). Has experience in the area of Medical Physics, acting mainly in the quality control of equipment and medical images, radioprotection, new methods of medical images. It also acts in the application of additive manufacture (3D printing) in health. In the area of Teaching he works mainly with Science and Technology, Science Technology and Health and Information and Communication Technologies in Science Teaching.
