Fantastic design. Worked perfectly!
Fantastic design. Worked perfectly!
@goaliebrain_132461 FYI I just added one additional component if you're interested - a simple rectangular bin (x2) to sit on top of the tech tile and setup tile bins to store the other bags and "fill out" the organizer so it's all the same height.
@MikeF Printing Now!
Just got a printer and this is a great insert.
Any chance of creating a topper lid or another bin to rest on top of the startup trays? Like a bin for the bags that fits the space and creates a lid for them. This would essentially create a lid for them and be perfect.
@MikeF awesome! Will check it out shortly.
@MikeF these files are beautiful. Works absolutely perfect. Thank you!!!
Printed great. Thank you for this. I didn't realize one file needed supports. Printed perfectly without!!!!
The model itself is great and worthy for my 10th anniversary edition of the game!
Got myself a bit more trouble than necessary: Too much infill, and because i fitted both parts at once on the bed I got small lifts on some corners. Still looking good for now and works just fine. Will do a reprint as soon my MMU3 arrived to highlight the stars and logo, like seen in other makes.
Thanks for the great model, and I love the flavored description! <3
Signed up just to post thanks!! I only needed the Chip Displays so printed 1 to test and am very happy with it. Printed on my Ender at 0.2mm with 10% infill and it came out perfectly with absolutely no post cleanup necessary. Sizing is perfect - Thickness for the card holder is perfect too and supports a card in premium sleeve without being too tight and causing damage. Nice work... now off to print another 3 of them!! :)
Question: Would it work for cardboard tokens with a 25mm capsule?
Any idea why the 1st, 3rd, and 4th forge track rows are misaligned? Sorry for the double ask , posted on bgg as well . Thanks again for the template , just wondering if maybe I’m missing something .
Appreciate your help in advance!
@MikeF PS: If you're familiar with node editing in Lightburn, you should be able to just cut those three missing half-circles out of your existing acrylic piece (if you can get it lined up just right) and not have to throw it away.
@MikeF I’ll definitely give that a shot , would hate to waste a perfectly good piece of acrylic! Also , tested in lightburn and it opens just fine . So something with the opening on Xtool was/is the issue . Appreciate all the help
How can i get these done if i don't have a laser cutter and acrylic ? any suggestion on where i can find someone to provide this service?
Great design!
Awesome project, the layout and fit for the components were well thought out - one of the most well designed board game organizers I've seen. A place for everything, and everything in its place.
@mdiblasi_7263 Thanks! That was a lot of stuff to fit into one box...
Amazing design! Fits perfectly, no box lift and pretty ! Thank you for this design!!
PS had to print the card lids at 98% to make them fit due to tolerances being a bit too tight. (edited)
I have printed my fair share of inserts. This is a work of art. The tolerances, the thought behind the design. Well done!
@DrDash_207676 Thank you for the kind words!
This printed out great! I appreciated how it kept the original box organizer, so everything fit very snug. No lid lift either!
This is the first organizer I found that fit the expansion and also looked good doing it! Thanks!
This printed well for me on Bambu X1C, printed it in PLA with 15% infill and no supports. (edited)
@Jamie_168738 Thanks for the feedback, glad you like it!
@Snehulak Unfortunately BTT changed their CAN cable design a couple times over the last year or two.
I'm sure this is nice but sadly this doesn't fit the new and bigger connector BTT now includes in the kit :(
@RocKz Thanks for the heads-up. I've changed the description to note that. Someone with the new cable will need to make a new remix.
@RocKz Just added a new remix - it should fit the new connector.
Thanks, this was perfect to finish using m'y Bambu PLA basic spool, had a few grams left that were going to be wasted !
I love the triple sprouts! I used Prusament Simply Green PLA, and while the color is not quite a match, it's close (and I like the simply green color more, if I'm being honest). Thanks!
