Thank you for commenting. It was ment to be some space between insert and intuvia. I filled in some foam rubber to make it fit perfectly.

Printed beautifully on my S1 Pro using Tinmorry Carbon Fiber PETG, and printed the insert on my V2 using TPU. I got really good results from the CF PETG and plan on using it more in the future. I really like your design and now I have a safe spot to store the Intuvia when it's on the bike rack. Thanks!
