Fun small print with brown to green thermochromic PLA to put on my car's dashboard so that it looks like the cacti are green and healthy when it is hot and brown when it is cold. Removed the bottom layers so that it would look like it grew from the non-slip mat.
I really like the model! I scaled it down just a little bit, and I might tinker with the print settings to find something optimal - but I'll definitely be using this in my games. Thanks!
Thank you.
Been printing these on a pretty big scale and they hold up pretty darn well even though they are not intended for that use. Great to build impromptu alleys
@klarsus_2193535 Are they infilled or hollowed out
@Profexp_2224878 They are at about 10% infill but I have printed some at 0% and with more Wall layers for added structural integrity. Of course not all models are suitable for that since some need something to print the roof on
Cool design, used it in a gold rush display for school. Printed well in Rainbow PLA. It was a bit challenging to put together, but I go it done.
Yeah, I wondered about the challenge. I have had several individuals put it together though, but obviously you need superglue.
Printed it for a student who is doing an art project on fossils. File was perfect, scaled well and printed painlessly.
Printed on PLA and then painted with acrylic.
