@Duckers_238967 The little hook is just a modification of one of the hooks in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853257 The guitar itself is Riff Rocker, a bizarre little novelty of a guitar controller made specifically for Frets on Fire. It is not 3D Printed, and is rather hard to find to find these days.
