I have only a year or so of experience in home-based 3D printing but am a professional engineer with some capability in Fusion modelling. My main interest is in component design/make. Many of my designs are for sailing boats and are too model-specific to be of wider interest so are not shared here. The printer complements my traditional machining and fabrication facilities and I love the capability that printing offers: To see a problem, design a solution, print and perhaps even fit it within hours is very satisfying!
