The design is great.
Longterm test, I found with PLA after a month, due to the "creeping/deforming" properties of PLA, it eventually deformed and snapped. I recommend another type of stiff but more durable material. (edited)

Printed in cheap off-brand PLA.

Hi Matthias - one note. Bambu Studio does not recognize the sidewall - it opens just as a geometric (solid) form, not as a mesh. Can you put the wall in for download as a STL like the other parts? Thank you. Kind regards, Pat

Needed a little fine tuning with sandpaper but then fitting was ok. Oh and you wanted to know about PLA. I used Jayo PLA+ here.
Danke, gedruckt aus Petg mit 0,15 Layerhöhe. Funktioniert einwandfrei und es geht endlich nichts mehr daneben

Measured the top and reduced to 95% based on another comment here. Fits perfectly and water tight!
Needed a router in a pinch and this worked perfectly.
Of course this is a little more flimsy than such an accessory made out of metal, but for basic use cases it's perfect!
Very nice design. Used it to cut foam with my Dremel 3000.
NOTE: the threads for the thumb screws are actually m6, not m10.
