I started with a Geeetech i3 Acrylic in 2017 as a kit. I did a lot of modifications, self designed and of of Thingiverse to improve it. Finally, the urge to often meddle with the printer to get it to print reliably subsided and I settled for the investment of an MK3S in 2019 and are happy since then :-) I prefer functional prints over toys and trinkets and are always happy when I find a new use for printing. And just now, beginning of 2024 upgraded to a MK3.9
