This print came out great! I used most of the 3mf presets, but changed some around. I had to rotate the ears to keep the slicing software from clipping the tips away. I used scarf joints in Orca Slicer 2.2.0, which look great as well.
I changed the supports to normal from tree, since I rarely have luck with tree supports.
I also slowed the print speed way down for the smaller pieces.
I painted the walls and the dog's nose with acrylic paint. The table, chair, chair legs, and hat were printed in Amolen Walnut PLA. The smoke was printed in Bambu Lab Iron Gray Metallic PLA Metal. Everything else was in Bambu Lab PLA Basic (white, brown, black, orange, and yellow).
One thing I learned is to test fit the tongue and groove fittings before gluing everything. I glued the flames in well before putting up the wall, and some glue that spilled over into the slot for the wall hardened, and the wall doesn't fit right now. But I guess that just goes with the whole theme of the build anyway 🤷.
Thank you for providing this bit of catharsis for me to proudly display in my office. (edited)
