Printed with scraps of 2 and 3 color silk PLA filaments. Scaled Z axis to 200%. Each side came out with unique color combinations because of the multi color filaments. (edited)

really nice design. i'm printing it right now. the only thing i'd like to mention is that the tray is too small. could you design it to have a bigger tray?

do you have a f3d or other file from when you designed it. i would like to make a remix that is wider in order for it to fit a screwdriver in it. so it would be great if you could upload those design files

Thanks for posting this useful tool. For some reason I didn't already have this style of hacksaw blade holder in my tools at home, despite occasionally using one at work.

The overall contour of this tool is great, and it fits the hand well. This will serve its purpose well, which is to sit in my toolbox gathering dust, until the day it will allow me to keep working, rather than needing to stop, drive to the store, and buy one (or clamp a blade in a pair of vise grips... BTDT). So that's good.

OTOH, like the other commenter posted, it's not particularly well designed for 3D printing. Some of the bridging is inherently necessary, but a lot of it is completely unneeded, and the model could be easily redesigned to need a lot less of it.

Yeah, it's light, but who cares? Most tools of this type are much heavier (being made of metal), and that in no way hurts the function. Ultimately I am giving it 3 stars, because while it needed quite a bit of post processing to be functional, it will perform the job that it is designed for to an acceptable standard.

Printed in Polymaker ABS on my Voron 2.4 using a 0.6mm nozzle. (edited)

What is the best orientation to print this, to make it easy to print?
