Perfect peripheral shape but I found the buttons a bit short for mine despite being exactly the same keyfob part number Valeo 736670-A, and I found the flange was too deep and would need a lot of careful sanding to get that down to size.
So I remixed it, slicing off the flange in Fusion360 to leave just 0.35mm of it, and then splitting and inserting about 0.5mm into the height of the buttons to get them just right for me.
Thanks for sharing this repair - my Avensis is 20 years old and I still have the original plips. I've had them apart many times to replace batteries and then swapped the circuitry between internal boxes when the buttons on my best one started failing. I was going to do this repair anyway now I have a 3D printer but you've just saved me most of the effort!
Certainly a LOT cheaper than buying a new plip. Using only about 6 inches of filament in total for a couple of buttons, the costs didn't even register a price in my slicer so must be less than 1p :o)
