TLDR: This model is dimensionally accurate and worked well. Print it.
My part cooling fan snapped off (see pics 4,5). I found this model and prined it in Filaform ASA (260C Nozzle, 100C Bed). With the existing fan, I had to de-solder the 3 wires from it, add extensions to the plug side to ensure it reached (170-180 mm long is a good length). I then widened the printed part holes with a drill & inserted 2x3.5 mm threaded inserts. I put the bolts back through the fan to mount to the printed part (see pics 1,2,3). I then re-routed the cable to 'FAN2' behind the extruder fan, and bolted the entire assembly back onto the tool head. I'm up and printing again.

Great project for my printer. I stopped it at layer 400 and added the red to match the bracket.
