I had to increase the through hole to be able to mount it. I printed with PLA+, 0.2mm.

I don't have any hand issues, but this is just comfortable, and pleasant to use.
I always do a bit of a counter turn to make sure I'm not cross-threading it, since the larger diameter has a lot more torque
I never expected my new set of markers to look so beautiful. I love that it stores away small but opens so that I can easily see all the colours and not have any of them roll away. Printed with SBS and sized up to 120%. Thank you!
as of now it's raining outside so i wasnt able to properly test, but it printed well, seems to be holding up, and fits my favorite drink perfectly!
Great print! I would suggest finding a way to make the spike a little more robust. I cut my hand when it broke because i had tightened it too much, but also the dirt over where I am is a little hard to spike into. I used epoxy to strengthen the spike and it still works great!
Printed in Prusament PETG Chalky Blue. The project works as described and is very well tuned. Useful tool and nice toy :). I love it.
Interesting model to print, and it work great. I did make several changes to the fan blade (mk4 version). The fan wobbled a lot, and the blades scraped on the gear. I changed the diameter of the shaft from 6.0 mm to 6.2 mm, and cut a portion of the blades away. Now it works perfect for me. Anyone want the stl of the change I made, let me know. I would be happy to share.
This is a wonderful iteration of a wonderful design.
The simplicity of print has been achieved by the print in place technique of the legs bringing 80 points down to just 8 print in place legs, with a further 8 prints to complete the assembly.
The design has been rationalised to remove any assembly ambiguity and the fit is perfect.
It's a brilliant concept altogether and well worth making. (edited)
