
Printed body, forks, and wheels in 95A TPU.
Drive gears were printed out of PLA-CF after this photo was taken.
Little trooper lasted all day with negligible damage. Biggest problem was getting stuck fully upright after hitting a wall, happened several times in the day. Might recommend rounding the back so there's no surface to rest on.
Is there a model for the middle helical gear or do you print a 'wheel' cut in the 'z' axis?

@Legendontour Thanks I'll give it a go is Prusa slicer. It has weird artifacts in Fusion360, Cura, even Tinkercad! Awesome design idea though, I just needed a new Delrin Flange but combined in one with pulley and bar mount is genius!
