A great design, but far too large, I plan on scaling it down but I’m worried that the struts will become far to thin.
If there’s a big gap between door and floor it might work

With respect to the poop bin, it's too bad your design doesn't allow for the slide to work in the other two directions, meaning to the left and to the front also as options.
