@Bullseye8212_538887 when I lost mine I knew this had to be a problem for others
prints nicely and fits inside the flap groove. The height causes the door to bend which flares out the sides. (edited)

@LORENZ_MFG_1311436 sure, how does it look on your canister? Would it be better to give it a slight wedge profile?
@taiguy_489602 Looks just like yours immediately after the print finished I realized that I had to force the latch closed but over all the seal created by the extra clamping force is better than the stock gasket in my opinion and the size could also accommodate for different types of TPU but I will get around to making a thinner gasket shortly.
