I used some standard 3/4" EMT I had with a small shim adapter and it works great! I did have to special order the bearings as I only typically have 608s on hand, but it makes the printer's footprint so much more manageable, thanks!

I printed the case on my MK3S in Polymaker PLA Pro (In anticipation of my Bambu P1S which is ordered but not yet delivered). I have a .6 Nozzle in the MK3S and printed this at .2 layer height. It failed twice before I used a brim (which is why it looks kind of funky - my cleanup efforts were a little clumsy). I printed the clasps using PETG (same nozzle/layer height - no brim needed here). Nice model. Not sure if it is my printer settings, filament, or what that led to needing to use a brim but that is the only downside I saw with it. (Edit: After reprining with the other top it printed fine without a brim -- also printed a few of the swatches for some filament I had - they fit great!) (edited)

@jeffgolden_2224930 there is a swatches file that should have the same dimensions, and I figured the issue out I called the top part bottom, and the top for the laser cutter is called top, I’ll fix that

The description says there is a printable insert, is that just the blank swatch or was there supposed to be another item? I've seen this basic design with an insert in one of the slots labeled TPU across the top edge and I am trying to find that version again. Thank you!

My first sword print because it was smaller an in different parts! It might be my favorite print so far even tho it split on some ends my settings were off! But love it with glow in the dark blade!
Hi there, I like your case. I see you've wired up your card reader to the module there, are you using that to log data from the ESP32? Curious how you're utilizing that. Do you have custom firmware on there writing to or reading from the card?
@projectdp_131816 it's working with the marauder firmware and rougemaster and it safes sniffed files (although I haven't gotten into the wifi aspect of flipper since its much more complicated than reading NFC) :)
