Possibly the simplest and quickest solution available for reducing friction on the supplied spool holder. Followed the printing notes, printed fine (twice) and worked perfectly. Thank you!

I had been experimenting with something very much like this, but with simple cylinders, and it wasn't working very well, but this looks to be just the extra bit that I was missing. Based on the fit of the first one, this is a winner, and I'll be running several more. My spool holders were looking like junk with all the cardboard dust, so thank you!

Note - I printed it with a brim and left the brim in place as it doesn't really need to be removed. (edited)

This was perfect! I didn’t have transparent PETG so used PLA in non-vase mode, but still pleased with the results. I used Prusament Galaxy Black PLA on the base. Thanks so much!
