Hello, i have also the same problem. If I type the command M106 S255 in Octoprint the fan is working. But if I will print something, which was sliced with the PrusaSlicer the Printer returns to me: "Err: PRINT FAN ERROR". I've set fan speed to 100 %. The fan starts and stops immediately and repeat that every 1-2 seconds until the error message appears. I've also checked the wiring with a multimeter. There is no problem in the wiring. I conected the cables on the MK3S yelllow to yellow, red to red and black to black. The fan is a 5V version.

@onedayfly_102037 you need to disable 'Automatische Kühlung aktivieren'.
you trimmed it down a bit for use on a 40mm fan
