Really easy to print and works great. I'll slowly replace all of the old rings as they break! The inner piece spins freely, so I had no issues with that.
Printed in white PLA+ 0.4mm nozzle 0.2mm layer height 5 walls no supports (small bridge for the square pin)
@QuietMike it's done using height range modifiers in Prusa Slicer. The model is a solid piece with different heights for different features, so you can do whatever you like with it using height range modifiers in your slicer. I hope that helps!
@QuietMike the height range modifier setting I use to get the mesh look is zero top and bottom layer for the range you set and honeycomb infill for that range.
I did have to do some experimentation on my end to figure out the right size for the blue EXCEL knives. I ended up printing at 118% and it's a perfect fit.
Nice design, thanks for sharing. The lid had a really tight fit, so i scaled it up to 205.50mm in X and Y (100.24%) and added some finger grooves using a "negative part" in the slicer.
