Solid print, but had fitment issues involving the lid border on an i5-7400. Still, good enough.

@jackhinkle wheres it getting stuck? is the lip too tall?
Model is ruined by the unnecessary text on the underside of the print.
Great job, thanks for sharing. keep moving
I'm in the process of upgrading some of my noisiest machines with silent boards and nicer displays.
My CTC A10s got a Creality (V4.2.7) board and an Ender display. While I'm EXTREMELY pleased with that upgrade, the cost was $60.00. Totally worth it... However, I have 7 machines, 5 of which are of the noisy variety, so I spent several hours looking for a less expensive upgrade for the remainder of my noisy machines. I landed on the Makerbase Robin E3 V1.1 and the Makerbase Mini 12864 V3 display, who's combined price is $38.98, so just over half the cost of my first silent upgrade.
The next two machines on my upgrade list were the two Anets, an Anet A8 and an A8 Plus. Since the A8 is getting a homemade steel frame during its upgrade, I decided to upgrade the A8 Plus first.
I just finished my A8 Plus upgrade, and while it's so much better a machine now, if I were purchasing again, I'd probably stick with the Ender 3 displays...
These serial interface type displays are just sluggish, especially when you keep way too many gcode files on your SD cards as I do...
What's done is done. Whether I decide to spend more money and some day replace these displays again with Ender displays, this is what I've got now, so I needed an enclosure design for them and didn't have the time to model one from scratch, so I searched here and found JATMN's design.
JATMN's design is about as good as an enclosure for this type display as it could be. Sure, there are subtle improvements that could be made, however, having something to print and immediately put into use has its own rewards. JATMN's design is fantastic for my current upgrades!
