Super cool model! I needed to purge a little more when I changed to white tho 😅
Got an error in Bambu Studio that there were 4 non-manifold edges that needed fixing, and then after that, I couldn't get it to go back to multicolor. I just used a marker to color it in, and it looks great!
Fittingly, I planted a pumpkin in it.
Cute little guy! Really handy if you always have stuff lying all over your desk like I do. Super easy to print and looks sooo cute! (edited)
Made one for the office, and then suddenly one day it turned up painted. A colleague had brought it home for some brush strokes.
@Bufonto_522354 So cute! Thanks for sharing :)
quite tricky to print. I titled it at 15° first but the bottom of the actual model didn't stay put even with a brim for adhesion and support. Then I tried it at 30° tilt and it printed OK until the last few mm at the top of the head when it partly broke loose from the support and made the last bit go off place a bit.
I guess I could mess with the support/adhesion settings or maybe it'd print better laid more on its side?
where did u get that duck model??? I want it so bad!
@udrek_1604471 You have to buy it on Cults. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/flexi-duck-print-in-place-multipartsKinda Kinda dumb to even post the box at that point.
Oh dang... ig I'll have to make my own.... *sigh*
A version of Morty as the Caryatid from Rodin's Fallen Caryatid with Stone would make an amazing bookend to this, since both pieces were originally part of Rodin's Gates of Hell. And would be thematically appropriate for Rick & Morty.
@NathanielBank_503452 You are right, if I find some spare time I will work on it :)
