I printed the version with 1.5 mm gap. Only 24 and 18 so far, but I had a connection problem with both. One side fits without a problem, but the other does not. I had to break the pins and glue the whole thing together.
Good modular design overall, but with room for improvements. Similar to @Mishain, I'm having problems with printing the connections - it seems it consistently breaks in one of the corners, regardless of the cartridge size, while other pins are rock solid. As for connector slots, same problem as already reported - one side fits just fine, but the other one simply won't go in without force (see the "melted" pin on the 12mm version photo). Fortunately, since I'm not planning on detaching the parts, it's all rather a simple fix - just snap off the blocking pins and glue the pieces together. Other than that, looks nice, cartridges fits nicely, and I can print exactly to my needs, which is great. Printed with the recommended settings using DevilDesign PLA (outlet spool, I think the color on the photos doesn't exist in the official catalog, I couldn't match it to anything on their list). So far printed 12mm & 24mm versions with 0.2 tolerance. (edited)
