I do require a signed letter to be attached to any derivative that I agreed to relicense under any other terms.
So if you see any of my works or derivatives shared or sold on some other terms, especially with this "noncommercial" bullshit — please do submit a DMCA takedown request.
I do not allow derivatives on any other terms than GNU GPL v3, unless for some special reason (like lots of money).

I hereby allow anyone to submit a DMCA takedown request if you see any license violation in the wild.

TL; DR: I do allow commercial use, I do not allow derivatives that restrict such use.
