This is really great; it's one of the best because it has the ideal space to use a Sharpie marker. Thank you very much for sharing it.

I love this idea, but I don't drink Gatorade. This must be a standard lid size. Does anyone happen to know which other bottle caps might work?
wie bekommt mann den druck so sauber hin habe es auch mit einer 0.25 düse und einer mmu3 gemacht (edited)
The print in place seal is very cool. I hope to be able to replicate it. Have you tested how well it hold pressure or a vacuum?
170% Super Sized version in PLA with TPU 95A seal. No printing or functional problems at all. I kept it simple with only two colors. The original sized Prusa3d box shown in second picture for reference.
Outstanding parts, great attention to detail, thank you so much for putting in the effort in designing these, saving me considerable time designing my own lights. I considered modeling some additional parts for the L bracket and the light diffusers so it could be 100% printed but I decided just to get the aluminum. I had a bit of fun using smart, Wi-Fi RGB strips, they require six wires per strip so I used some ethernet cable with one pair removed to power the strips. Luckily all six wires fit through the channels you created, but it was close LOL. Thanks again for a great model, I just printed a second set for my other XL. (edited)
Wow, that's pretty awesome! I kept it simple and went with the 5V 4000k-ish SMD 5050 LED strip which is just the two wires, +5V and GND, but I have been playing around with the SK6812 RGBW LED strip controlled with a ESP32 loaded with the WLED app. Something worth looking at as it will still get you the 32-bit color + white, all on just 3 wires!
A bit of tight tolerance between the disc and the holder so had to use a file to increase the size of the hole in the disc.
But otherwise a good model!
Used the multicolor guide from https://www.printables.com/model/545197-prusa-tools-rugged-boxes-mk4-xl-mk3-mini-parametri to make my Mini+ print in multiple colors for the disc.
Must say, that's a lot better, especially when there is a bit more tension on the PTFE tubes from the buffer box.
