So is this only for LDO printer kits or will LDO sell just a EMS kit?
@Kiiiddd_790961 this is a laser-cut EMS frame tailored for the Voron 2.4 350mm build, set to be produced by LDO and distributed through authorized resellers.
The frame has already completed beta testing, with several community testers successfully installing it in their printers. Additionally, Steph (OGMP) created a YouTube series documenting his planning and installation process. (edited)
Would it be possible to share the source file so others with access to CNC could also make this?
@otann unfortunately this is an LDO exclusive as they are going to produce the laser cut frame.

Great little mod, mounts very securely to the printer and removes the hassle of having to pull apart the frame to add nuts

These look nice ...License needs to be changed to GpL3 as it's used part of v0 panel clips as well as CAD should be uploaded
These were designed as replacements. The only part that is similar is the location of where they mount. Will be fine tuning and uploading CAD soon.
QQ. Should there be a gap between EMS frame and surface it rests on? So all connectors work. Or can frame be just on top of plate? Want to make EMS style mounting option for car hood electronics bay. EMS would sit on top of 3 DIN rails. Printer bottom panel would be right under DIN rails
@AstronIsTaken_149309 it really depends on how much room you have,.. if you need space under then yes I would create the mounting to be raised. The frame is a quick start for anyone wanting to use the existing mounts.

Is this for micron+ (180) or regular micron (120) ?

@Keram_265773 I stand corrected. Then we don’t have an EMS frame for the smaller micron. Will need another solution as people have told me that the micron 180 is already tight to fit the electronics so to me you will need to mount them under and on the back of the printer. I've updated the post name to ensure people know its for the Micron 180 (edited)

looked for some annex panel clips for my Trident build and found these.
Best clips I had, easy to print, sturdy and using low profile keys with the key tool - great.

But all annex hinges are very similar
