This looks really nice!
I was wondering about the "2x11 magnets" you mention in the description... are you using 5x3mm magnets? Like those in the amazon link, right? Do you mean we need 22 magnets, arranged in 2 rows of 11 or something?

@AntonioGiunga_537402 to provide a sense of the magnet positions attached is a picture of magnets in lower section from earlier version.
@ELS_315500 sweet, thank you!
What is the difference between the different V4 files?
Dust boot inner(reduced) for example?
And what is the insert for?
@JohannesTusvi_366273 Thanks for asking. Hopefully the comments below help....
Main body
– Increased distance of router from MPCNC support by ~2mm. Improves improved router clearance.
– Increased airflow tube size at rear of body to improve air flow.
– Reduced overall height by ~2mm to improve router bit clearance from bottom of main body.
Dust top
– Added three internal structures to improve airflow near nozzle.
Dust boots
– Provided several with various heights to accommodate multiple clearance needs.
Gasket
– Improve seal between main body and dust top if needed. Printing in soft material. There are other options as well – silicone, etc.
Insert
– provided to focus the vacuum on the router bit if needed.
thanks for these details @ELS_315500, could you also add them to the model description, I keep having to go back to the comments section for this valuable info.
Love this design and the bbs add a cool contrast.
Been using these for everything. These are absolutly great. Been mainly using these for spool holders, as they don't need high speed and precision type bearing. Great design and thanks for sharing.
