Hello... The rail is a good idea, but it would most likely get stuck. If you slightly tighten the screw or put a load on it, it does not rotate.

Nice design! I used a modifier on the front part where the flaps are attached to increase the infill to 100%. The added weight should help with rotation!

Next I will print another one, scaling it to 130% and mirroring the top part since I find it easier to rotate it the other way around (clockwise if seen from below). (edited)
