I have been printing since January 2017 when I first received my i3 MK2/S kit. Since then I've upgraded to MK2.5 and am about to upgrade to MK2.5/S. Also 1st day order of the SL1 Kit + Curing Washing Machine, just waiting for non-beta to ship.
I have (successfully) designed a couple dozen items in Fusion 360, everything from a fix for my washing machine up to a "overly-complicated" moisture proof spool holder.
As for fixes/tech support, I've replaced the PEI sheet on my MK2/S (before getting the removable steel sheet bed on the MK2.5), repaired the heat bed thermistor, printed upgraded and replacement parts (mostly to help align the bed), setup a secure octoprint server with multiple viewing cameras, cleaned and/or replaced print head nozzles and heat sinks, upgrade the firmware multiple times, built an insulating enclosure for my printer, and performed many different general maintenance tasks (such as cleaning and lubricating the Z-axis threaded rods).
I can print items on demand if you need some help (I do require payment for time and materials, but I am reasonable). Most of my prints are done in PLA, but I have some practice with ABS, PETG, and Nylon
