I printed the wrong buckle. I have a Ortlieb Office Bag Large Classic - Color: QL3 White from 2011 and this is not the right part.
It looks great, but I don't have a matching clip to test against. (edited)
Printed at 65% to fit my smaller (14L) SmartStore box. Works very well, thank you!
My thinking was for long-term storage when we leave town in the winter. The plan was to also use desicant.
@echeck_1811625 I designed the box for direct printing out of the dry box – a slightly different use case. In your case, a proper sealing is a good idea, but vacuum is not needed i.m.o. My experience with this box is: After drying the silica gel the humidity get down to 10% and will rise to 30% in about 2 month with about 10 box openings during that time. That means, when you don't open the box and probably don't have the teflon tubes in the bottom, the box with dry silica gel will easily keep your filament dry for more than half a year even without a separate sealing. The lid closes tightly with the clips along the long side even without a separate sealing.
