Almost perfect.. internally it is perfect holds bits tightly and screwdriver even snaps in nicely and snaps out.. very nice and secure and looks good too imo.. my only small complaint is the amount of shifting you get with the box closed.. I'm thinking adding a nub and whole on the top and bottom of each side of the case would help with this dramatically but it's not a big big deal.
