Printed really well with a 0,2 nozzle. Assembly is super easy with a filament piece.

Needed something different for the front of a new jacket(I've pilot wings of some variation on all my coats)... Decided this would be nifty. Great model, prints nice, all the little details are Not too thin to get to print with a standard 0.4mm nozzle.
Hatchbox Grey PLA, and Prusa Orange PLA for a fun highlight layer.
I Scaled down at various percentages to get useable sizes and keep the deltas the same basic size, but great models!

You're right, I didn't consider the original size of the badges because of the lack of information on what size those badges are, well more because I found too many variants, some up to 4 different sizes with differences of almost 1 cm, I made them all a height of 6 cm, designed to create a panel or frame, where you can put them all together and hang them to display them.
If you know the appropriate sizes of the badges we can make a set at the appropriate scale, also the thickness of the pieces is probably not correct... getting that information is complex but if you have it you can correct it or have both designs, these to simply display and another to create an insignia that is most similar to those of the series and movies
