Printed in PETG / Bambu Lab X1C, nearly default settings (15% infill / crosshatch, no brim, but supports activated).
Maybe supports are not needed ... (some of them are a bit difficult to cleanly remove, at least in my case with PETG for both the print and the supports). I had to drill (dremel) and sand some of the holes to be able to insert nuts and tubes.
Regarding the screws, i used M5 screws (from aliexpress here : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000849927207.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.40.62485e5b5oLugc&gatewayAdapt=glo2fra / with regular "hexagonal bolt" heads) : M5 30mm length everywhere on my side, knowing that :
- it's the expected size for the small parts (30 mm is a bit longer than what is expected
- it's nearly OK for big L parts, but without any margin - so 35 mm ones are probably more recommended
Note : it may be a bit different with screws with another head, that could go more or less deep in the knot's head.
And i "hot-glued" the screws' heads.
Otherwise this model is so much better than the original one (regarding how easy to print it is, with this time the proper orientation for everything). (edited)
It looks really good!
