Bei mir lässt sich leider der Deckel trotz Nacharbeit nicht auf den Grundkörper schieben.
Ansonsten genau das was ich gesucht habe=)

@Ben_1962255 Probier es doch mal mit PETG. Das ist hier besser als PLA. Kann sein das du die Löcher nacharbeiten musst, mit verstärkten Brücken sollte es aber gut gedruckt werden.

Hi, wäre es möglich auch eine Matrize für Kaliber 0.58 zu posten?

Bullet Greaser V2

A hand press for greasing black powder bullets in the bullet grooves.

The first working prototype.

The reservoir is filled with bullet grease. The bullet is crushed. Slight pressure on the barrel forces grease into the die and fills the bullet grooves. The projectile is ejected by pressing the ejection lever and can be placed on the propellant charge.

The parts can be printed almost entirely without support. Only the countersunk screw holes on the main part require support.

The die is only suitable for caliber 0.54 and should be readjusted for each caliber and bullet variant. That's why the matrix can also be changed, simply adjust the profile and print it out. The CAD file is included.

O-rings (15 x 2.5 - 2 times, 14 x 2.0 - 4 times (for this bullet!)) are required. Furthermore, cylinder (head) screws (M4 x 30 - 4 x and M3 x 30 - 1 x) are required. To print the matrix, it must be divided vertically and placed on the side of the print bed (inside up).

I already have a much more compact variant 3 ready, just have to upload it.

Hab noch nicht so ganz gecheckt wo das Fett rein soll, quasi den Einsatz mit Fett voll klatschen ? Hast mal nen Video von gemacht ? ^^

@DaPaddy_97479 Das Fett kommt in den Vorratsbehälter unter dem Zylindereinsatz (der Knubbel welcher am weitesten hochsteht). Durch leichten Druck auf diesen wird das Fett in die Rillen des Geschosses gepresst. Darum muss auch für jede Geschossform und jedes Kaliber die Matritze angepasst werden, sonst kannst du gleich das Geschoss in den Fetteimer werfen... ;-) (edited)
