Used the Flush Bolt (slightly embiggened) to go with @zzzy toilet parts and it worked out great!

Thanks for the model. Haven't installed it yet, but looks like it will work for my application.
@RobC should work fine but you may need to custom make washer for the handle screw if It doesn't align right when fully tightened or super glue it in place or add a custom spacer into the threaded hole but with a little tinkering it should be fine
Cool design, but it was a bumpy road to get there. Printed quickly in PETG with a 0.3 layer and 0.6 nozzle. First one was a little too short, no issue pumped the z up to 125%. next issue was the clip to hold the bolt was too long and held the cap in mid air. Okay, time for a negative modifier. Third print with a higher Z and shorter clips was the winner. Now I need to drop the layer height. Cool idea, a lot of variables but works in the end.
@StrandedOrg yeah i probably should have made variations
Thanks for the design.
Regarding your design export from CAD, you can turn up the resolution which will get rid of the squares(or rather make them very small) so the curves are smoother.
In Fusion360 it's the 'Save as Mesh' -> Refinement Options -> Surface slider. Slide that all they way to the left then export and your curves will be much smoother. I ensure I do this with designs that have curves and it results in a smooth print.
I really enjoyed the pins that holds the floss in place! It works better than any other design I’ve tried holding the floss tight and that’s something that’s been missing. Great job thinking that up! The one here is printed in PLA with a 0.4 mm nozzle and a 0.24 layer height. Thanks for the model!
what material is in the photo?
The pla does not bend so much
@DVS_262302 its prusament pla galaxy black
@BPmakesthings thanks!
0.6mm Nozzle
15% infill
0.28 layer high
Filament: StrongHero3D Silk Pla Rainbow EX51
So quick to print, and so useful ! I always have one of these in my bag, or when I travel. It’s a really clever design ! I printed mine with JAYO Grass Green PLA (which is more aquamarine like). Thank you !
That snap in is incredible!
The angles are pretty great too.
We´ll see how long it holds up, but I have high hopes! :)
@Iluzon_552504 yesss i have thought about doing that thanks for the feedback ill try and add that feature soon! (edited)
i want to keep it at a flush 3mm so ill have to figure that out
Fun little model. I wish I had scaled it up a bit to better catch the details.
Printed with Jayo PETG on 0.6mm nozzle with ironing, 51% scale. Very easy print and good looking, thank you!
