This thing feels like a tank. Thought it would be a great use of some ugly filament I have.
Printed on a MK2S with 0.6mm nozzle. Did up through the hinge at 0.2mm layer height then 0.35 for the rest.

Perfect for my eylets & push buttons. Thanks for the model!
The only bad thing is that they slide quite easily so they will probably open and spill the content of they turn over.
The design looked very promising to me, because the flap definitely adds a lot of rigidity which I need for my cables. The execution of that design isn't that great.
I've Printed 3 sizes and my Ender 3 s1 is pretty okay dialed in, but those print-in-place hinges did not work well for me. One Hinge snapped of completely, on one the inner pins snapped off and on top: The one that stayed intact has one countersunk hole, while the other isn't.
Every small elephant-foot will make the clip-in mechanism way harder to function right, but thats the smallest issue.
Since Remixing is for some reason not allowed, so I'm now starting to design my own with the things I've learned that don't work so well.
