Awesome, would be hardcore if somebody actually dailys this
What a mess :-)
Thank you for sticking with it! This was the first model in the 5 years I've been printing that I liked enough to pay for. I don't care that it doesn't fit in my pocket. I love this thing.
What's this?
This is a rough sketch of a hardly recognizable object that's lacking any form of context.
@Machinedrawings_2097 I do have to critique myself, of course, this object does have a form hahaha. I'm curious what it is going to be!
Used as many different filaments as i had on hand to make each sorting bin a different color color. Printed with 0.6n and variable height.
Here we go again :-)
Looks like the old bots from Thingiverse combining a bunch of models together in nonsensical ways....
Yessss! A mouse with the encoder wheel!! Not sure if this will be useful at all, but take a look at my old post: https://teletype.in/@gleb.sexy/roller-explorations
I'll add a picture at a later date, I scaled up to 105% for 6x3 magnets and there was more than enough room. I was on a time crunch for a bday gift so didn't test the original scale. Printed 16 pebbles in 1.5 hours at 0.2 layer height 3 T/B & 3 walls on Voron 2.4.
Fun game, inspired by commercial game "Kluster". I printed 2 of each shape (16 total), which works well for a quick 2 player game with a small playing circle. 24 would be the same number as the original and would allow for another player or a larger circle. Printed great as designed, i'd recommend a needle applicator for the CA but I was able to assemble without 1.
Incredibly practical and stylish design! I like it a lot and will definitely print some more modules.
Tip: print base file upside down with minor supports on a textured PEI sheet for better visuals! (edited)
Awesome little caliper! I printed this with a 0.25mm nozzle. To get the numbers to turn out, I added a modifier for the base between 4.5 and 5.0 mm to reduce the layer height and print speed. I also added a color change in the slicer. This allowed me to print most of the caliper at high speed and big layer height while printing the letters in a different color, slowly, and in three layers. (edited)
Can I ask what filament you used for these? I really like the colour
@ADogg_393182 Hello, sure.
Print-me SmartFit PLA Marble Carrara
Print-Me SmartFit PLA Wood
Are you able to add numbers in the same font?
Printed 3 of them: 50%, 100% and the biggest one I could fit - 191%. First two was some testing and tuning, but for the last one I used very light lighting infill (5%) with 3 perimeters and it worked great.
Hi, can you give the STLs for each letter? the how file doesn't fit on the bed
Prusament Galaxy Black PLA, 0.6 nozzle at 0.3 layer.
I would only rate 4 stars since the model does need to be like 150% or 200% scale as its a bit small at 100%. However, the model does what it says on the tin and makes a "click". Its more like a plastic snap sound but it works well + being able to see the springs makes the model 5 stars for me.
How about this?
