Had to print at 115% to fit my xacto brand life: diameter 9.2mm. A bit loose but good enough.

I don't have a TS100 but I've got a similar soldering iron and I have to say I'm quite jealous of your design, I love the color choices and especially the addition of the intense schematic on the lid... absolutely awesome!! Makes me want to add something like this to my case :D
Would have been nicer to have an option for a slightly deeper one so a longer length stays on better. Great otherwise!
