I printed this for a Wen pocket hole kit. The drill proportions are slightly different, and the would not fit in its spot by about 1mm. I applied a little heat to reshape it and its now a snug fit.
@Jquarto_507739 What slicer did you use? I typically slice with "Exclusive" mode in Cura because it's not necessary to artificially oversize holes and undersize pins when designing parts for FDM.
I can probably bump up the size of the hex key pocket a little without hurting anything, though. What's the widest dimension of your hex key? I don't know if Kreg has ever changed the size of the set screw over the years.
