Nice idea,
My first attempt was also a fail because it fused together.
On the second print with PETG, 0,3mm Draft, and the gap closing resolution set to 0,025mm in PS - it was easy to break free.
A bit of silicone spray in the hinge and it went all smooth. (edited)

Followed the directions indicated in the comments to close gap resolution from 0.049 to 0.025 in Bambu slicer, and it printed beautifully. Thanks for the solid design, OP!
