Work great! Printed in ABS, used it to test some shrinkage too. Tested standard, .5, .8, .1, and the latter seems to fit perfectly without alot of wiggle room. These are going to come in super handy for my build thank you (edited)

@KarlMarx_1775638 thank you for the kind words and Im glad it can help you out as much as it has helped me with a lot of my builds

Very nice design. Thank you for this. Pink silky PLA+ filament....

Thank you very much. It is still to loose (has to much play) but works fine for prototyping or as a showcase what's possible with a 3D printer :) Printed in PETG (esun). I will probably have to design it with even less tolerance.

Too tight case, it doesn't fit
i almost broke the esp32 usb trying to force it :(

@MRH_543286 Hi bud, sorry it's too tight for your ESP32.

Looking at the pictures I can see that my ESP32DevKitV1 looks slightly different on the bottom and I do not have any text printed on mine, so it might be a completely different iteration than yours.

I purchased mine locally in South Africa about 3 or 4 years ago and mine is likely a couple mm smaller then yours. Mine fits tight but not so tight that I have to force it, I do however have to put the USB port in first then move over to the rest of the board. Scaling it slightly larger (I'd say 1 to 2mm) might do the trick for you.

I've inserted and removed my ESP32 multiple times in my printed case and the top thin piece has broken off on mine :(

Edit to add: I will add the STEP file shortly for you to customize hoping that will help :) (edited)
