I did have a couple print failures with the box despite brims, so couple possibilities that would be nice for printing the box itself would be to have a two-part model option split at the fan for a smaller footprint print and maybe slits (pictured) on the bottom to help prevent warping. The rounded edges are great design practice though.
Tip for other printers: For the housing seal, instead of the EPDM, I successfully used TPU I had on hand. Two strips of 78 x 1.7 x 2.4mm and two strips of 200 x 1.7 x2.4m. Trim to fit in the channels.
Just updating for people still looking to print one of these. the FDM version of the carbon filter and the grates do NOT have holes in them. In your slicer, you need to change the top and bottom Shell layers to ZERO and set your infill to whatever pattern you want and the appropriate density for your carbon size.
As for the EPDM seal, you can find O-ring cord stock in the appropriate size for cheap on amazon (25' of .063" for $13.50 at time of writing)
